The set includes two kinds of obanzai (traditional side dishes), roast beef salad, three kinds of sashimi (tuna, sea bream, Shinshu salmon), duck loin, deep-fried tofu with tempura, five kinds of skewers (lamb, beef, pork, chicken wings, gizzard), fried chicken with sweet and sour sauce or fried sanzoku, duck soba noodles for dessert, and, for those who wish, Rigi ice cream.We use fresh local ingredients, and the course is a luxurious one that you can enjoy to your heart's content with gorgeous dishes.
